What can you grill with the Power Smokeless Grill?
Anything you want! In the mood for some surf and turf? A juicy Porterhouse? BBQ ribs? Once you’re done, no one will believe it was not cooked on an outdoor grill. Enjoy your veggies, chicken, shrimp, salmon, or any other of your favorite recipe ingredients, always grilled to perfection.
So, what’s the secret?
The Power Smokeless Grill has a heat source that evenly transmits heat to the grill plate. This reaches up to 450ºF, and while it cooks, the fat drips into a tray below. So, not only is your food delicious but also healthy, draining away the fat.
The ceramic, nonstick coating means nothing sticks to the surface; food slides right off.
No more smoke
The main feature of this device is the turbo speed smoke extractor technology. As your Power Smokeless Grill grills your food just like your outdoor grill, an innovative smoke extraction system goes to work. The fan unit creates a vacuum light environment which pulls the smoke down through the vents into the unit, so the smoke does not escape into the air.
The smoke is then channeled over the water tray collection. When it passes over the water, food particles, grease, and other airborne molecules are captured and trapped.
The water also helps cool the smoke, and as a result, nearly all of it is eliminated from the system. That means it won’t smoke up your kitchen and the air indoors. No more worrying about setting off the smoke alarm.
How do you use the Power Smokeless Grill?
Operating your Power Smokeless Grill is very easy. Just lift off the grill plate, heating element, and drip tray to reveal the water tray collection pan. Add about two cups of water to the water tray collection panel and reassemble.
To turn the unit on, make sure that the detachable power cord is plugged into both the unit and an electrical wall outlet. Always make sure your unit is on a flat surface. Then, on the control panel, touch the button marked fan to turn on the fan and touch the power button to turn on the power. Use the up or down arrows to toggle the heat settings up or down. The temperature can be set from 220ºF to 450ºF. That’s it! Now you are ready to add your favorite grilled food and start grilling indoors.
When you are done, merely touch the fan button to turn off the fan and touch the power button to turn off the heating element.
How much can I grill?
The Power Smokeless Grill has a small-sized design, measuring 13.75″ X 8, but don’t let that fool you; the entire grilling surface – made of heavy-duty cast aluminum – can fit a whole chicken, three racks of ribs, or eight large burgers. Enough to feed a hungry family.
How long does it take to cook my meal on the Power Smokeless Grill?
Take a look at the following chart to get an idea of the average cooking times.
Is cleaning the Power Smokeless Grill easy?
After you are finished cooking, cleanup is a breeze. Just remember to let the Power Smokeless Grill cool down before you clean it. An easy way to clean it is to put the griddle plate, drip tray, water tray, and glass lid right in the dishwasher. They are all dishwasher-safe, so no scrubbing required.
The base unit can be washed by hand with a warm, damp cloth and a few drops of mild cleaning liquid. For more thorough cleaning, remove the electric fan and clean inside the casing. Never submerge the electric fan or the heating element in water or liquid since the electrical parts will get damaged.
It is important to always wash the grill surface after each use to remove any accumulated grease. Never use scouring pads, abrasive pads, or harsh cleaners to prevent scratching or damaging the coating. If scrubbing becomes necessary, use a plastic scrubbing pad or a nylon bristle brush.
Does the Power Smokeless Grill really work as it says on TV?
ABC’s affiliate WNEP-TV news section “Does it really work” reviewed this product a few months ago. With the help of Jake, a professional chef who works at Jay’s Famous Roast Pork & Beef in Dallas, Pennsylvania, they put the Power Smokeless Grill to the test.
Chicken, steak, sausage, burger patties, and more were grilled to perfection and received an enthusiastic thumbs up.
